How soon can I start?We normally only need 7 days notice to start a course of lessons
How long will it take me to pass?
The national average from complete beginner to test standard is 35/40 hours; but this is just a guideline as people are all different some will need less hours, some will need more. Also, bear in mind that you have to pass the theory/hazard perception test before the DSA will give you a practical test appointment.
Can I have 2 hourly lessons?
Yes, you simply arrange it directly with your instructor
Can I have more than one lesson each week?
Yes, the ideal way to learn is to have two lessons or more each week
Do you pick me up from my home or do I come to you?
We offer door-to-door service from your home, college or place of work
Are your instructors fully qualified?
Yes, they are all DSA Approved Driving Instructors and have been CRB checked for your safety
Do I have to pass my theory test before I start my lessons?
No, you can start your practical lessons whilst learning the theory. We will give you all the help you need with the theory questions and the hazard perception.
Can I ask for a particular instructor that has been recommended to me?
Yes, a recommendation from a friend is a good way to choose your instructor and/or driving school
I work shifts/on a rota can I vary my lesson appointments?
Yes, simply book one or two weeks ahead to ensure you get the appointments you want. By varying your times and days you will benefit by experiencing different traffic situations
I passed my test but haven’t driven for ages can I have refresher lessons?
Yes, we will provide a short course of lessons to refresh your driving skills and give you the confidence to go out on your own. (No minimum requirements.)
Do you do automatic tuition?
Yes, in Norwich (city & outskirts)
Do I have to pay in advance to get a discounted price?
You do not have to pay in advance for the beginner’s offer; but the intensive course discounted rate is based on payment in advance
Do you work to a code of practice?
Yes, our terms and conditions are printed on our appointment cards
