From failure elsewhere to success with 17 Plus
I am writing to thank 17 Plus Driving Tuition for providing me with the skills to pass my driving test. I failed my driving test twice several years ago and have not been behind the wheel since, so I was quite wary about trying again. I live in Cromer on the North Norfolk coast and getting to work was really difficult. I heard you had local instructors and decided to give it another shot. My instructor made me feel completely at ease. The course had more structure than my lessons years ago and, I have to say, the professionalism and manner in which 17 Plus teaches had me wishing I'd been able to learn like this from the start.

My lessons with your driving school have been thorough, professional and above all enjoyable! I have always felt in safe hands. Something that was important to me was the need for a patient instructor. I was lucky to find this. I will be recommending 17 Plus to all my friends. A lady instructor was my answer
I am writing to thank my driving instructor for all the help she gave me to pass my test. I really needed to drive because I live in the county and have 2 small children, but I lack confidence and was very nervous about starting lessons. I was told about “all woman at 17 Plus” and decided a lady instructor was my answer. It took me a while to get to grips with it but my instructor was so patient and supportive. I was so comfortable with her that I got over my nerves and my confidence grew. She even came with me on my driving test which put me at ease. I am so grateful to her. I should have done it ages ago.

Built my confidence up through his teaching
I passed my driving test in May after having lessons with one of your instructors. I am writing to formally thank him for the job he did. His instruction was excellent from the start of my lessons to the day I passed the test. He built my confidence up through his teaching and by the day of my test he had given me more than enough confidence in my driving to be able to take the test.
He was always friendly and cheerful and was encouraging even when I made mistakes which I shouldn’t have made. More than anything he taught me skills which would be useful after my test, not just the ones needed to pass. Since passing I have been able to apply those skills with confidence and have not had to worry about driving without an instructor, on dual carriageways or many other situations not included in the test.
I would appreciate it if my thanks could be passed on to him as he helped me a lot. Thanks again,

So supportive and patient
I have been learning to drive for the past year with 17 Plus. I’m so happy and excited to say that I passed my driving test today and it’s all thanks to my instructor. He has been so supportive and patient during this time. I was a very scared and nervous beginner and he gave me so much confidence and belief in myself. I feel so privileged to have met him and learnt with him. He is such a credit to 17 Plus and I would recommend your company to anyone.

Excellent tuition and guidance
I have recently passed my driving test, first time, with one of your instructors. I would like to thank him for all of his excellent tuition and guidance. I felt relaxed during his lessons and was able to concentrate easily due to his good nature and fantastic sense of humour. He has taught me skills that go far beyond normal driving training, which has helped me to learn to drive without getting into bad habits even after passing my test. What a debt of gratitude I owe my instructor
I passed my driving test yesterday and I feel the need to write to you to say what a debt of gratitude I owe my instructor. His patience, calmness and professionalism, not to mention his sense of humour, have meant that I have achieved something that I didn’t think was possible! I have been learning to drive on and off for ten years and this has been the first instructor to improve my confidence and skills enough for me to be able to take and pass the practical test. I feel he is a credit to 17 Plus.

Worked at a pace that suited me
I have just passed my full driving test today and just wanted to send a note through to say what a good teacher I had. Every time we went out he always made me comfortable in the car and worked at a pace that suited me, he always made sure I was happy with what I was doing before I moved on and got me through my test first time! He was pretty much just awesome.

I am confident, I am a better driver
I am 19 years old, didn’t do too well at school but I got myself a job and then decided to learn to drive. I contacted 17 Plus Driving Tuition as they had taught three of my brothers. When my instructor had explained the benefits of the BTEC in Driving Science I soon decided that this qualification would make me a safer driver (I don’t want to die!). I didn’t have the money at the time so, I sold my Nintendo Wii to pay for it.
I really enjoyed the lessons and found the e-learning on the computer a good and interesting way of learning. This allowed me to try to be really good in the car because I knew what was expected.
I passed my test and have just completed the final part of the BTEC – I drove to London which was a bit scary but I loved it! I am confident I am a better driver than all my brothers and have saved money on my insurance. In reality this is my first real qualification. I am so grateful to my instructor and will recommend 17 Plus to all my mates.

The BTEC has helped me in many ways
After I failed my driving test my confidence was lower than ever. It was then that I decided to start the BTEC. Immediately I thought highly of the BTEC, after browsing the website and seeing how professionally it was done. I loved how it was set out and it really helps to get the information across.
As the course went on, my confidence gradually came back and I was driving better than I had ever done before. Not only was I more aware of the dangers and distractions inside and outside of the car, but using the skills I had learned, such as eye scanning/hazard perception etc, I felt I was driving a lot smoother. I was using less harsh braking and acceleration and could anticipate hazards and prepare for them long before they happened.
All-in-all, I can't think of a bad thing to say about the BTEC. I started because I wanted to get my confidence back, so I didn't feel so nervous under test conditions, and to become a safer driver. Thanks to the BTEC I feel I have accomplished this.
If every driver did the BTEC, I think the road would be a much safer place.
